To many of us, life seems crowded by information, worries and sensory input. We may feel an urgent need to find peace of mind.
I hold an extencive education within Neuro Lingusitic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis, and a certification as yoga-teacher. Throughout the last 40 years I have privately practiced yoga, qi gong, meditation and self-hypnosis.
Many different paths lead to inner silence. Some people find it in nature, in sports, in the crowded streets or in the pub. Others take part in organised retreats in the countryside or even in a monastery. I help finding a suitable path in all this.
I teach my clients adjusted methods, drawing on techniques of self hypnosis, simple meditational techniques, progressive relaxation, autogenous training and more.
